Hand-picked wild garlic leaves with flaked sea salt make this a daily go-to condiment. It comes in a wide top jar to use easily. Use in every dish you would normally add salt to and enjoy the subtle taste of garlic. The garlic leaves are fermented and then dehydrated prior to adding to the flaked sea salt to enhance the flavour and the goodness.

It is suggested that you use 30% less sea salt flakes than you would table salt as the retained minerals are better for you, adjust to your taste.

Eating wild garlic just seems to be good for you, I won't spout on about the health benefits but I feel better just picking it!
